Although I had studied at many culinary schools in the states, my ultimate dream was to study abroad. I wanted very much to study culinary in France. During an extended web search I found a list of many culinary schools in France that offered quite a variety of classes. The ones I seemed most interested in were the institutions that taught the language as well as cooking. I decided that the best thing to do, prior to signing up for classes, was to take a vacation to France and tour the schools and the areas. Then I would feel like I could make an informed decision. I took my vacation, made a choice and am now enjoying a culinary school in France.
