I recently took an issue up with my lawyer about a neighbor who owes me some money.  However, it is not just any amount of money, but rather a large sum of money that was verbally agreed upon.  I have an eye witness, but she is still not paying me back money that is rightfully mine.  To make matters worse, she has the money just refuses to pay it back.  My attorney tells me that I need to write a letter of demand.  So before that I need to find a Letter of Demand Example so I know what I am doing.  I’d hate to write one up and it be done wrong.
