Jay Kubbasek, a man with the right combination of charisma, charms, and brains is probably known by many as two different characters—as a CEO and as a philanthropist.  This Canadian entrepreneur, which had his first job in a farm then went to selling mufflers, is now the CEO of his very own company which he founded, PRO.
