As the doctor’s practice increases, we are seeing a number of new clients on top of our already full register. It’s becoming more and more apparent that our old style of billing is not going to work for the insurance agencies or for our customers. I am looking for a medical billing software that is stable (won’t crash my computer) is user friendly (as we have some new staff that will need to learn it), aids in Insurance claims, and helps us keep track of co-pays, due payments and past due payments. Also, a software that can generate clean looking reports and receipts is also a good thing.
