My wife and I bought an older house this past summer, and didn’t realize all the problems we would face due to it’s age.  It’s not exactly been the money pit, but we have put thousands into renovations.  One job that was way out of our league was the storm drain.  We didn’t even know these could get backed up until the last storm and ours did.  We called and got a vactmaster truck to come and clean it out.  They did a great job, and saved our garage and basement from potential flooding.  They also gave us helpful tips on so we could avoid it getting pumped again.
