good healthy snacks
when i am thinking about a snack i always eat the ones that i think are goinng to be good for me and build some serious musclce. these snacks have go to be packed full of protein or they are a waste of my time. i need to keep my body weight too because i am losing weight becauuse of the amount of cardio that my job forces on me so i have to eat even more food now than i did in the past. the healthy snacks that i eat also have to have a good amout of calories that will help me out with this.
