Working overnight

I have been working overnights for almost a year now. I still can not get the hang of eating a meal that late at night. I have just been eating junk for about six months now. I decided that I needed something more nutritional. My friend suggested that I try oh yeah bars. He said that they would kill my candy craving while adding protein and other things that I really needed. I was not sure because all the bars I had tried before had not tasted very good. I changed my mind with the very first bar. It tasted great.
