We have a very special grandson.  While we love him dearly and enjoy being in his presence others do not find his so welcome into their lives.  He has been cursed with the gift of genius.  In his first years of public education he received several labels from his teachers all of which were incorrect.  When he was in the fourth grade his teacher recognized him for what he was and him referred to a counseling service for a psychological assessment.  Here it was discovered that his only problem was that he was so much smarter than most people,  including his teachers,  that he had trouble relating to them.
