Weight Loss With Frequent Small Meals

Do you know weight loss can be done in many ways and the best thing you can do is to have many small meals a day, say 5-6 rather than 1-2 full meals. You must have small meals that would include fruits, veggies, salads, cereals etc. Suppose, if you want to have 5 meals a day, then the 1st meal of the day must be breakfast and this is really an important meal. You can have egg, veggies, cereals, milk etc. in this meal. Another meal can be somewhere at around 11.00. This can include fruits, shakes, salads etc. Remember, you are on a weight loss spree so avoid fruits like bananas, chickoo and mangoes which are high in calories. Then next meal must be your lunch. This must include 1 vegetable sandwich and soup. Now, it’s tea time. You must have green tea rather than normal black tea. This is because green tea can boost weight loss and can really help you. Now, it’s time for dinner. What will you have for dinner? Dinner must be too low in calories. You can have soups and salads for dinner. Try this out, you will be successful.
