My family loves wings, but I’m not very good at making them, so I’ve been looking for tasty, chicken wings recipes all over the Internet. We like sweet wings better than tangy ones, so I’ve been trying to avoid recipes with vinegar. I really wish I could duplicate the taste of some great wings I had up in Buffalo, New York, which is said to be the birthplace of these popular food treats. They were sweet, crunchy, meaty and so very tender. Someone suggested I try making my wings in a crock-pot, so perhaps I’ll try that method. At any rate, if someone would just write a cookbook with his or her favorite chicken wings recipes, I’d be a very happy cook!
