I am the acting manager at a local coffee shop in town.  I have worked there almost 5 years now and have been thinking about asking the owner what kind of options might be available in running the entire store.  I am not interested in the whole chain, but maybe one location.  The spot I am working at now just got a face lift and looks way better.  Since then the sales are way up from a year ago.  ON top of that we need to purchase new espresso machines to make sure that we are always offering the best brewed cup of joe.
