Last week I purchased a new sofa and chair for my living room.  The salesman asked me when I wanted it delivered and if I wanted to sign up for a store charge card.  I told him I would be paying cash and do not use credit cards for anything.  I gave him my address and set up the date for delivery.  When the truck came he asked me to put up my electric garage doors and they would bring the items in from that way.  When they took the sofa off the truck it had a big stain on one side so I told them I would not accept it and to please bring a new one.
