Yesterday I was searching for free ways to promote my new blog. I found quite a few resources for blog promotion and some of them were even free. I was most impressed by a free blog ping service. You need to register for the service but registration is free. This free blogging service will post your blog updates to about 130 ping servers.

I decided to give this free blogging service a try. I entered my name and e-mail address and was immediately sent a password to use the free service. All I had to deal was enter my blog address and the click a couple boxes and my blog was submitted to 132 out of 133 ping servers. That’s not bad for one minutes worth of effort.
