As a senior citizen, my mother in law has a few health problems. She had a heart transplant several years ago and she also struggles with symptoms associated with diabetes. Because of that, she can’t really hold down a normal job, though she’s plenty capable in most other ways. She still wanted to be productive and create an income so she took one of the medical billing and coding courses that is out there. She was able to study from home, on her own schedule. Now that she completed her training, she does almost all of her work from home and is able to work around her limitations.
