Importance Of Stretching In Vertical Jump Training

Behind every workout is the same thing. Every athlete that wants to be healthy does it. Every athletic program in the country does it. I am talking about stretching. Stretching is probably the most common action performed by athletes. The same should be for athletes performing workouts to jump higher. Stretching loosens your muscles and keeps you from getting hurt. You should also stretch after your workout. This keeps your muscles from tightening and can take away some of the soreness in the morning after. Forgetting to stretch can be extremely bad for your body and will take away from your muscle gains when working out.
